Tyler Hagen – Biography
My name is Tyler Hagen, and I have been an IT Support professional for many years. I am passionate about helping people solve technology problems, whether they are family, friends, or clients. My goal is to make technology easier to understand and less intimidating for everyone.


One of my core beliefs is that teaching people is just as important as fixing the problem. Rather than simply completing the work and leaving, I take the time to explain what I'm doing so clients can feel confident using their devices on their own. My motto is "Helping People.

I believe in providing honest, affordable technology services. I typically charge a flat rate instead of an hourly fee, and I help clients find quality computer hardware and software at reasonable prices without marking up parts for profit. I especially enjoy assisting low-income individuals, seniors, churches, and nonprofit organizations by making technology more accessible. Whether I'm troubleshooting a computer, teaching someone how to use a new device, or supporting members of my community, my focus remains the same: helping people with honesty, patience, and respect.


I am a graduate of the Community College of Rhode Island and have earned several IT-related certificates, including:

We provide RAM upgrades and hard drive upgrades to Solid State Drives (SSDs) to improve your computer's speed and performance.
